Midland HIPs is fully certified to conduct all relevant searches required for a comprehensive Home Information Pack (HIP) report.
- Drainage and water searches: How a property receives its water, where the public sewers are and how that might affect the property is key search information.
- Site history & environmental information: Detailed information is gathered on a number of factors such as potential land contamination, subsidence and flood risk.
- Local Searches: Information gathered from the local council on highway boundaries, future plans etc.
We compile all the information and present it in a clear and accessible way as part of the HIP. This provides you with all the search information you need to make an informed decision about a particular property and its location.
As with the Floor Plan Service, by being able to conduct all searches ourselves instead of relying on third parties, we can put together the HIP with the minimum of delay. It also means we take full responsibility for all aspects of the information contained in the HIP, as it has all been researched directly by Midland HIPs.
