Midland HIPs provides a SAVA-certified domestic and commercial property inspection service. We pride ourselves on offering a local, personal and professional service. Midland HIPs is based near Birmingham and covers Redditch, Bromsgrove, Solihull and out across the whole of the Midlands. We are SAVA certified (cert no. SAVA 004310) and fully qualified to ABBE level 4 diploma standard in Home Inspection.
All advice and certification is therefore from a fully qualified professional and is fully covered by professional indemnity for up to 15 years from the date of survey activity, and by public liability insurance.

Friendly, local, personal service
We appreciate that conducting a survey which involves entering your property and having a good look around is potentially intrusive, so we ensure all surveys are conducted in a friendly, discreet and courteous manner. A white coffee (no sugar please) is normally our only request.
As part of the legal requirement of becoming a home inspector, Mitchel Tayles has been subject to a full Criminal Records Bureau check. Coming into HIPs from outside the industry, we don't dress up our reports with property jargon, we just present the information you need clearly and concisely, using plain English. If we do need to use technical terms, we explain them clearly. Now, isn't that a relief.
